A decade long partnership
Containing a new active ingredient, tiafenacil, Terrad’or has been registered by the Australian Pesticides and Veterinary Medicines Authority (APVMA), and officially launched on 1 March 2021.
Tiafenacil was invented by Farm Hannong, with Terrad’or developed for the Australian market in partnership with Nufarm.
Commercialising this new molecule involved a long and trusted collaboration. Bringing the product to market involved 85 efficacy and field trials and hundreds of farmers and advisors during demonstration trials.
Terrad’or offers broadacre growers an outstanding new option for improved knockdown weed control, showing exceptional activity on many challenging broad leaf weeds and, importantly, brings real efficacy on grasses, including annual ryegrass.
